The Advisory Council is a group of established high school educators, staff, administrators, and counselors from various parts of the United States who consult with FIDM’s Community & Educational Services Department on the development of our programs. Representing a variety of academic disciplines, the members provide input on trends in secondary education, curriculum, new legislation, and Board of Education policies, positively influencing the creation of our services.
The Council meets once a year at FIDM but provides feedback throughout the year on a number of initiatives. They are involved in the decision-making process when it comes to the programs we create, including our educational products. They make certain the classroom presentations and activities are created to meet state and national educational standards.
