A leadership style that inspires or influences others toward a specific ideological commitment or a particular point of view. A personal attractiveness or set of personality attributes and qualities that sets someone apart from ordinary men/women. Charismatic people have a remarkable ability to distill complex ideas into simple messages

In 1977, Robert House used four phrases to define charismatic leadership: 1) dominant; 2) strong desire to influence others; 3) self-confident; and 4) strong sense of one's own moral values.
