Groupthink
The result of group cohesiveness. An important factor to consider in the decision-making processes, including workshops, meetings, conferences, committees, etc. Conditions contributing to groupthink include: 1) the group is highly cohesive; 2) isolated from contrary opinions; and 3) ruled by a directive leader who makes his/her wishes adamantly known.
