Hierarchical Organization
The dominant structure of most businesses, organizations, corporations, governments, and religions. A pyramid-shaped configuration in which every entity in the organization, except one, is subordinate to another single entity in a top-down way. Power, responsibility, and authority are concentrated at the top of the pyramid and decisions flow from the top downwards.
