Sole Proprietorship
The ownership of a business entirely by one person.

The acronym represents Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Used in strategic planning and risk scenarios.

 

 

Supervisor Skills
The TWI/Training Within Industry method is a technique used for the development of supervisory or managerial skills. A supervisor is anyone who is in charge of people or who directs the work of others. The five requirements of a good supervisor are as follows: 1) knowledge of the work; 2) knowledge of the responsibilities; 3) skill in instructing; 4) skill in improving methods; and 5) skill in leading.
