Time Management
The ability to distinguish clearly between what is important and what is not. According to some management experts, there are six steps to time management: 1) list; 2) rank importance; 3) rank urgency; 4) plot on a matrix; 5) divide the issues and tasks into the four categories; and 6) act according to the classification.

 

 

Trade Secrets
Information including formulas, patterns, compilations (such as customer lists), program devices, techniques, or processes that are maintained in secrecy and which have economic value by virtue of its unavailability to one’s competitors. For example, cosmetics formulas are a trade secret.
