Parka
A heavy jacket with a hood, often lined with fur, to protect the face from wind and cold.

Pattens
Overshoes with a raised sole on an iron ring, meant to protect the shoes from water and mud damage. Worn from the 18th century into the early 20th century.

Pea Coat
A coat, typically of a navy-colored heavy wool, originally worn by sailors in European navies. Pea coats have double-breasted fronts, broad lapels, often large wooden buttons, and slash or vertical pockets.
