The length of time between the initial awareness of a need and the launching of a product satisfying that need.

 

 

Resource Plan
A summary of all the resources needed for product development, such as finances, equipment, employees, and time.

 

 

Run-Out Strategy
Allowing a product that is in its decline stage to remain on the market if there is still a strong demand for it. The price might be raised and promotional costs lowered.
