operating expenses
The variety of direct and indirect expenses associated with day-to-day business operations: cost of buildings or rents, furniture and equipment, salaries, compensations costs, advertising, and taxes; the cost of running a business.

A retail discounter that is owned by the manufacturer or designer and established to sell its own merchandise in the store.
