Fiber Content
The raw material that makes up fabric and yarns. It can be natural or synthetic. Fibers in percentages over 1% are required to be listed by percentage on the product label.

 

 

Fit Test
Analyzing a garment for appropriate fit on a fit model, typically in a specific size.

 

 

Focus Group
A market research tool where a group of people discuss their opinions concerning a firm’s new product.

 

 

Forecasting
Predicting future production needs and/or product styles by analyzing past sales and observing trends.

 

 

Full Package Sourcing
Working with the client to design, choose materials, select samples and supply a finished product.
