Keratin
The basic protein constituent of wool and other hair fibers.

Khaki
A light yellowish brown cloth of wool, cotton, or a combination of these fibers used primarily for work clothes and military uniforms.

Knit
Fabrics made from only one set of yarns, all running in the same direction.

Knitting
A method of constructing fabric by interlocking a series of loops of one or more yarns. The two major classifications are warp knitting (e.g. Milanene, raschel, and tricot) and weft knitting (e.g. circular and flat).
