FIDM‘s Outstanding Educator Spotlight was established to recognize and honor creative and innovative American high school teachers. It is a relationship initiative founded by the Office of Community & Educational Affairs at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

This spotlight focuses on an outstanding Advisor who currently sponsors a High School FIDM Fashion Club.  Art teachers, home economics teachers, student activity coordinators, career center advisors, and ROP and DECA instructors are just some of the educators we will feature in this section.

And what is a Fashion Club?
A FIDM Fashion Club Chapter is a group of United States high school students with similar interests in Fashion, Design, Shopping, Sewing, Decorating, Modeling, and/or Beauty—anything related to Fashion!
