Educational goals for my students are to assist them to become well-rounded individuals and successful contributors to society. It is my hope that my students will become self-directed learners who utilize problem-solving skills, communicate effectively, and demonstrate concern and respect for others. I pride myself on providing an educational climate which is safe and comfortable, where all can learn and become the best that they can be.

Being a member of the FIDM Just for Educators Advisory Board, I am encouraged that I have the opportunity to give input to FIDM in guiding their decisions for providing services to educators. As budgets tighten, FIDM’s website for Educators is a welcome benefit to assist teachers in meeting the needs of our students.

As an advocate of websites for teachers, it has been wonderful working with key members of FIDM to improve the Educators site. The Educator’s website is a tool that other corporations and colleges could model to improve communication with educators and create a better bond between the “real world” and the future entrepreneurs that attend our high schools.
