Why I would encourage other high school teachers to apply for the FIDM Connection Grant?
"I would encourage other high school teachers to apply for the FIDM Connection Grant because it is a great way to get funding for the projects that your students need to participate in. Schools need to update their teaching methods to the twenty-first century. Many schools do not have the funding to update their resources. FIDM provides grants that can help teachers give their students what they need to be ready for the real world."

What winning the grant means to me, my students, and my high school?
"Winning the grant means that I will have the supplies I need to make our school yearbook a success. My students will benefit from using the new resources that the grant will provide to the school. LEAP Academy will benefit from the FIDM grant because the students will have the resources to help them design the yearbook which will be part of the curriculum next year as well."

What I will share with my students about this experience?
"I will share with my students the resources and the knowledge that applying for a grant can help everyone succeed."
