Out-of-state Educators with student groups get an up-close and personal look at FIDM! Attend FIDM’s Open House and DEBUT 2012 Runway Show.

*All Open House guests are required to use the roundtrip bus transportation provided by FIDM, as there will be NO PARKING AT THE EVENT.
Reservations:
Each student and educator must fill out a reservation form. Tickets for the Open House are $10 each. Please note: Hotel and/or flight are not included. Educators and students must make their own travel arrangements.
To make reservations for your group:
- You and each of your students attending the event with you must complete the reservation form. Click here to download the PDF of the reservation form and distribute one to each student.
- Collect the completed forms from all students and send them to:

Or you may fax them to: 818.981.0920
Due to space limitations, no one under 14 years old can attend; and there is a limit of 15 tickets per high school, including students and educators. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not confirmed until all reservation forms for your group are completed in their entirety and submitted to FIDM for processing.
